DLF subsidiary acquires 26.97% stake in Balang Renewables for Rs 4.20 crore

DLF Limited announced that DLF Cyber City Developers Limited, a subsidiary in which DLF Limited holds approximately 66.67% ownership, has executed a Share Purchase and Shareholders Agreement to acquire approximately 26.97% equity shares of Balang Renewables Private Limited for a cash consideration of Rs 4.20 crore. Balang Renewables Private Limited is engaged in the development, operation, and maintenance of renewable energy plants and supplying green power, and the acquisition is intended to qualify DLF Cyber City Developers Limited as a Captive User under the Electricity Act, 2003.
