Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited announced that its board approved raising up to Rs 5,000 crore through the issuance of secured/unsecured redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) in up to 10 tranches within one year, with allotment details and pricing to be disclosed at the time of each series/tranche issuance.
