Poonawalla Fincorp secures approval to issue Rs 200 crore in debentures via private placement

Poonawalla Fincorp Limited announced it has received approval from its Finance Committee to issue Rs 200,00,00,000 (Rupees Two Hundred Crore) in unsecured, redeemable, rated, listed, subordinated, non-convertible debentures through a private placement to eligible investors, with a base issue of Rs 150,00,00,000 (Rupees One Hundred Fifty Crore) and a green shoe option of up to Rs 50,00,00,000 (Rupees Fifty Crore), to be listed on BSE Limited.
