Eiko LifeSciences allotted shares to Bhavesh Tanna and V Square Pharmachem for Rs 1.26 crore

Eiko LifeSciences Limited announced the allotment of 3,05,000 equity shares on the conversion of an equal number of warrants, according to a regulatory filing on Tuesday. The shares were issued at a price of Rs 55 per share, including a premium of Rs 45, to Bhavesh Dhirajlal Tanna and V Square Pharmachem Private Limited, who received the shares on preferential basis after paying Rs 41.25 per warrant. The total amount received from the allotment was Rs 1,25,81,250, increasing the company's issued, subscribed, and paid-up equity share capital to Rs 14,65,08,540, consisting of 1,46,50,854 fully paid-up equity shares.
