Moongipa Capital Finance Limited will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on August 24, 2026, to approve the draft of the Board’s Report, re-appoint a director in place of Mr. Sanjay Jain, fix the time, date, and place for the Annual General Meeting, appoint a Scrutinizer for the AGM, and re-appoint M/s R. Mahajan & Associates as Internal Auditors.
