Urvashi Tilakdhar to acquire 3.52% stake in DCM Shriram Fine Chemicals via inter-family gift

Urvashi Tilakdhar is acquiring 15,26,766 equity shares, representing 1.76% of DCM Shriram Fine Chemicals Limited, from Akshay Dhar and 15,26,765 equity shares, also 1.76%, from Aditi Dhar, for a total of 3.52% of the company's share capital, as part of an inter-family gift. The acquisition, scheduled for August 24, 2026, will bring Tilakdhar’s total shareholding to 4,35,90,115 shares, or 50.11% of the company's capital.
