Muthoot Capital Services secures approval to issue Rs 100 crore in secured debentures

Muthoot Capital Services Limited announced that its Debenture Issue and Allotment Committee approved the issuance and allotment of up to Rs 100 crore in Senior, Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Taxable, Transferrable, Non-Convertible Debentures on a private placement basis. The debentures will have a tenure of 36 months, with a coupon rate of 9.25% per annum, and are scheduled for allotment on August 24, 2026, with a deemed date of maturity on August 24, 2029. The debentures will be listed on BSE Limited.
