Bizotic Commercial Limited announced that its board of directors approved the allotment of 4,82,10,000 fully paid-up bonus equity shares of Rs 10.00 each, in a 5:1 ratio, to shareholders as on the record date of August 17, 2026, increasing the company's issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital from Rs 9,64,20,000 to Rs 57,85,20,000.
