Starbeam Ventures appoints Pratiksha Bhandari as Company Secretary, effective August 2026

Starbeam Ventures Limited, formerly known as Bluegod Entertainment Limited, announced the appointment of Ms. Pratiksha Bhandari as Company Secretary, Compliance Officer, and Key Managerial Personnel, effective August 17, 2026, following a recommendation from the Nomination & Remuneration Committee. The appointment fills a casual vacancy arising from the resignation of the previous Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, and Ms. Bhandari is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with experience in corporate laws, secretarial compliances, and regulatory affairs.
