Netweb Technologies seeks funds via equity share placement to qualified institutional buyers

Netweb Technologies India Limited announced that its Fund Raising Committee approved the opening of a qualified institutions placement of equity shares to qualified institutional buyers under Chapter VI of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, with a floor price of Rs 4,885.90 per share, and may offer a discount of not more than 5% on the floor price, with the issue price to be determined in consultation with book running lead managers.
