Manappuram Finance allotted Rs 850 crore in NCDs privately, with tenures of 6 years and 3650 days

Manappuram Finance Limited announced the allotment of Non-Convertible Debentures on a private placement basis, according to a filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited on August 17, 2026. The company allotted 25,000 rated, subordinated, unsecured, listed, transferable, and redeemable NCDs with a face value of Rs 1,00,000 each, for an aggregate nominal value of Rs 2,50,00,00,000, and 60,000 NCDs with the same face value for an aggregate nominal value of Rs 6,00,00,00,000. Series A NCDs have a tenure of 6 years with an interest rate of 9.05% paid annually, while Series B NCDs have a tenure of 3650 days with an interest rate of 9.10% paid annually.
