Matrimony.com Limited informed the BSE Ltd. that Mr. Harigovind Krishnasamy has been relieved from the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company, effective August 17, 2026, following a prior notification dated August 11, 2026, and in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
