Srestha Finvest Limited converts warrants, allotting shares worth Rs 15.26 crore to two allottees

Srestha Finvest Limited announced the allotment of 15,25,79,365 equity shares, or Rs 15.26 crore, to two non-promoter allottees following the conversion of an equal number of convertible warrants, as approved by the company's board on August 17, 2026. The conversion fulfills a prior allotment of 85,30,00,000 convertible warrants made on February 18, 2025, with Rs 22.40 crore already received as an initial subscription amount, and the newly allotted shares will rank pari passu with existing shares.
