Pakka Limited allocates Rs 129.91 crore to the “Jagriti Project” at its Ayodhya plant

Pakka Limited’s Certificate of Utilization of Funds details the deployment of Rs 129.91 crores raised through a recent preferential issue of equity shares and warrants, with Rs 99.99 crores allocated to warrants issued to non-promoters. The funds will primarily finance the “Jagriti Project,” a Rs 750 crore capital expenditure program at the company’s Ayodhya plant, which includes upgrades to existing paper machines, installation of new machinery, and expansion of the pulp mill and power plant. The project’s completion date has been revised to August 1, 2026, from the initial April 1, 2026, due to technical adjustments. The company intends to utilize the funds within 18 months, with a potential deviation of up to 10%, and retains flexibility to adjust allocations as needed, adhering to SEBI regulations.
