Bharat Petroleum to hold EGM, enabling remote shareholder participation and voting

Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited has announced an upcoming Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) and detailed procedures for shareholder participation and voting. Shareholders can participate and vote remotely via www.evotingindia.com using their Folio Number, Beneficiary ID, or DP ID and Client ID, with specific registration requirements for non-individual shareholders including Board Resolution and Power of Attorney uploads. Those wishing to speak during the meeting must register at least seven days in advance by emailing bharat.rajwani@tdps.co.in. A virtual meeting link will be provided after successful login to the e-voting platform, and shareholders who have already voted remotely can attend.
