Fabtech Cleanrooms Limited shareholders approved convertible warrants via e-voting, per SEBI

Fabtech Cleanrooms Limited, formerly known as Fabtech Technologies Cleanrooms Limited, convened an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on August 17, 2026, where shareholders approved a special resolution to issue convertible warrants on a preferential basis to promoters and members of the promoter group. The company, in accordance with SEBI regulations, provided electronic voting facilities, with the voting period commencing August 13, 2026, and ending August 16, 2026, and CS Rachna Shanbhag of D. A. Kamat & Co. was appointed as the scrutinizer for the e-voting process. Fabtech Cleanrooms Limited also informed the BSE Limited that it has filed applications for in-principle approval for a proposed preferential issue of convertible warrants.
