Vaxfab Enterprises sees equity share capital rise following warrant conversion by nine investors

Vaxfab Enterprises Limited announced the allotment of 8,26,761 equity shares at a price of Rs 21.02 per share to investors following the conversion of warrants, increasing the company's paid-up equity share capital to Rs 25,82,64,060 comprising 2,58,26,406 equity shares. The allotment involved nine investors, with ASHWINKUMA R DANABHAI CHAUHAN, BHAVIN KANJIBHAI CHARIA, CHEHARABHAI SARTANBHAI RABARI, DESAI DEEPAK BABUBHAI, VYAS HARENDRA JAGDISHBHAI, CHAVDA VALJIBHAI PITAMBARBHAI, RANJITSINH KANUBHAI GOHEL, SANJAY VINODBHAI CHAUHAN, and HEMA HARDIK PARIKH participating in the conversion.
