Samvardhana Motherson International acquires 0.15% stake in Shenzhen Autocruis for CNY 3 million

Samvardhana Motherson International Limited, through its indirect wholly owned subsidiary SMR Automotive (Langfang) Co., Ltd., has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement with RTVF Ventures Limited to acquire 0.15% of the equity share capital of Shenzhen Autocruis Technology Co., Ltd. for a consideration of CNY 3 million, increasing SMR Langfang’s stake from 67.78% to 67.93% of the equity share capital of the Target, as previously disclosed on June 17, 2026.
