Cemindia Projects shareholders approved a resolution to raise capital via equity shares

Cemindia Projects Limited, formerly ITD Cementation India Limited, announced that a special resolution to raise capital from eligible investors through the issuance of equity shares or other eligible securities was approved by its shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting held on August 17, 2026. The resolution received 12,94,41,105 valid votes in favor out of a total of 17,17,87,584 votes cast. The company also disclosed the results of the e-voting process, conducted by M/s Parikh & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, as the scrutinizer.
