Kizi Apparels Limited will hold a board meeting on Thursday, August 20, 2026, to approve the notice and annual report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and to consider the re-appointment of Mr. Abhishek Nathani, as well as the appointment of NSDL as an agency for remote e-voting and CS Jinang Dineshkumar Shah of M/S Jinang Shah & Associates as a scrutinizer for the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
