IRCON appoints Smt. Suman Bala as Independent Director for three years, per Ministry of Railways

IRCON has appointed Smt. Suman Bala (DIN: 11894015) as an Independent (Non-official Part-Time) Director on its Board of Directors, effective August 17, 2026, as per a regulatory filing. The appointment, approved by the Board, is for a period of three years or until further orders, and is based on an order from the Ministry of Railways dated August 13, 2026. Smt. Bala, aged 50, previously served as the Mayor of the Municipal Corporation, Faridabad, and holds a degree in Commerce from the University of Delhi.
