Poonawalla Fincorp allotted Rs 315 crore in debentures through a private placement

Poonawalla Fincorp Limited announced that its finance committee has approved the allotment of 31,500 secured, redeemable, rated, listed, non-convertible debentures with a face value of Rs 1,00,000 each, totaling Rs 315,00,00,000, through a private placement, as previously intimated on August 12, 2026. The debentures, designated as PFL NCD SERIES E1 FY 2026 -27, will be listed on the Debt Market Segment of the BSE Limited and have a tenure of 914 days, maturing on February 16, 2029, with an interest rate of 8.0900% per annum.
