Committee of Creditors approves auditor, forensic audit, and valuers for Pradhin Limited

The Committee of Creditors (CoC) for M/S. Pradhin Limited approved several resolutions during a meeting held on August 17, 2026, as the company undergoes a Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) under the supervision of Resolution Professional Rajesh Jasti. The CoC approved the continuation of Mr. S. Parth Shah as the Statutory Auditor for Rs 2,10,000 plus applicable taxes and expenses, and appointed a Forensic Auditor at a cost of Rs 4,50,000 plus taxes and expenses to investigate past financial practices. Additionally, two Registered Valuers were appointed for Rs 50,000 and Rs 60,000 respectively, to value the company’s assets, while outstanding salaries totaling Rs 1,80,000 and rent of Rs 19,000 were authorized for payment. The selection of L1 bidders for key roles and the pending forensic audit are expected to be critical factors in the CIRP’s overall success.
