Velox Shipping allotted shares to warrant holders, receiving Rs 689.27 million in payment

Velox Shipping and Logistics Limited, formerly Velox Industries Limited, has allotted 76,58,508 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each to warrant holders, following the receipt of Rs 6,89,26,572 as part payment of the consideration for the warrants. The allotment, made on August 17, 2026, is in continuation of the preferential basis allotment of convertible warrants to non-promoters on May 16, 2026, and represents the conversion of warrants held by individuals including Meghraj Deobansi, Surendra Choudhary, and Peter Almeida.
