CG Power's Axiro Semiconductor to acquire Tosil Systems for Rs 16.44 crore

CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited said its wholly-owned subsidiary, Axiro Semiconductor Private Limited, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of the shareholding in Tosil Systems Private Limited for a consideration of Rs 16.44 crore. Tosil, incorporated on February 27, 2017, provides semiconductor and embedded engineering services and had a turnover of Rs 11.94 crore for the year ended March 31, 2026. The acquisition is expected to be completed on or before August 31, 2026, and will strengthen CG Power's semiconductor design capabilities.
