Ambo Agritec’s board approves changes, re-appoints Umesh Kumar Agarwal as managing director

Ambo Agritec Limited, formerly AMBO Agritec Private Limited, announced that its board of directors approved alterations to the company's memorandum of association, including clauses related to manufacturing electrical and electronic goods, franchising, and beverage production. The board also re-appointed Umesh Kumar Agarwal as managing director for a five-year term, effective August 25, 2025, until August 24, 2030, subject to shareholder approval, and confirmed the date of the 43rd Annual General Meeting for September 26, 2026.
