AVG Logistics sets September 18, 2026, as record date for Rs 1.2 per share dividend

AVG Logistics Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that the record date for determining eligibility of shareholders for a dividend of Rs 1.2 per equity share for the financial year 2025-26 will be September 18, 2026, pending shareholder approval at the company’s 17th Annual General Meeting; the company’s Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from September 19, 2026, to September 25, 2026, for the same purpose.
