Hindustan Zinc Limited announced that the Ministry of Mines, Government of India, has appointed Dr. Yogesh Attray (DIN - 07654847) as a non-official part-time Director on its board for a period of 3 years, effective August 14, 2026. The company’s board, acting on the recommendation of its Nomination and Remuneration Committee, subsequently approved Dr. Attray’s appointment as an additional Non-Executive Independent Director, effective the same date.
