Apollo Finvest accepted the resignation of SGGS & Associates due to commercial disagreements

Apollo Finvest (India) Limited informed the BSE that it has received the resignation letter from M/s. SGGS & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, as the company’s Secretarial Auditor, effective from August 14, 2026, due to disagreement in commercial arrangements and reassessment of their ability to continue with increasing scope and responsibilities at the current commercial rates which have not been revised for three years.
