Orchid Pharma Ltd consolidated sales down 17.42% on year in Q2FY2026, net profit witnessed a sharp fall of 89.61%

Orchid Pharma Ltd share price gained 1.32% to Rs 1047.1. The Company's net profit plunged by 89.61% to Rs 2.58 crore, while revenue from operations reduced 17.42% to Rs 304.17 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Pharmaceuticals industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 25.19 lakh crore, rising 4.13%. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 206.42 crore, slightly declining by 1.63% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 28.04 crore, ticking higher by 1.52% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations grew 12.52% to Rs 921.93 crore, while net profit grew slightly 0.74% to Rs 95.76 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA soared by 8013% to Rs 89.71 crore, and PBT saw a minor gain of 3.93% to Rs 95.56 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 19.22 crore in FY26, as against Rs 125.99 crore in FY25. Orchid Pharma Ltd surged by 39.91% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 3.21% during the same period.
