Fredun Pharmaceuticals Limited reported no deviation or variation in the utilization of Rs 111.53 crore raised through a preferential issue during the quarter ended June 30, 2026, according to a regulatory filing. The company, in a statement filed with the BSE Limited, acknowledged observations from the Monitoring Agency, Care Ratings Limited, regarding the classification of certain expenditures and reconciliation of unutilized proceeds, but maintained that these did not constitute a deviation from the originally stated objects for which the funds were raised.
