Globalspace Technologies Limited reported total income of Rs 1,470.05 crore and a net profit after tax of Rs 70.08 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, according to unaudited standalone financial results. The company, chaired by Krishna Murari Singh, also released consolidated financial results reflecting a total income of Rs 1,463.66 crore and a net profit after tax of Rs 245.05 crore, driven significantly by subsidiaries including Miljon Medi App Private Limited (95% holding) and Innopharma Healthcare Private Limited (51% holding). Consolidated basic and diluted earnings per share were Rs 0.68. The results, subject to a limited review by Bansilal Shah & Co., reflect a deferred tax impact and include exceptional items, and are reliant on unaudited financial statements from subsidiaries.
