B&B Triplewall Containers approves Rs 1.00 dividend per share, appoints key personnel

B&B Triplewall Containers Limited announced that its board approved a final dividend of Rs 1.00 per equity share and 1.5% on preference shares for the financial year 2025–26, pending shareholder approval at the company’s Annual General Meeting on September 30, 2026. The company also appointed Mr. Yuvraj V as Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026–27, and Ms. Sonali M and Mr. Deorao Jhadu Pathe as General Managers for Unit-I and Unit-IV, respectively, effective August 14, 2026.
