Everest Organics appoints Srikanth Reddy Kolli and Subroto Banerjee as independent directors

Everest Organics Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Srikanth Reddy Kolli and Mr. Subroto Banerjee as Additional Directors (Independent Category) to the company's board, effective August 14, 2026, for a term of five consecutive years subject to member approval. The company also reconstituted its Audit, Nomination and Remuneration, Stakeholders Relationship, and Corporate Social Responsibility Committees, and approved its Board's Report for the Financial Year 2025-26, alongside the Notice for the 33rd Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 30, 2026.
