Engineers India appoints Kahuli Sema and Ashish Gupta as directors for three years

Engineers India Limited announced the appointments of Smt. Kahuli Sema and Shri Ashish Kumar Gupta as Non-official Independent Directors to its Board for a period of three years, effective from August 14, 2026, as per a Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas communication dated August 12, 2026. Smt. Sema, with a background in the Nagaland PWD, retired in 2023, while Shri Gupta has over 31 years of experience in infrastructure and real estate, previously serving as an Independent Director on the Board of PEC Limited.
