Umiya Buildcon Limited, formerly known as MRO -TEK Realty Limited, announced the appointment of Messrs. Ishwar & Gopal as Statutory Auditors for a period of five years, effective August 13, 2026, and the re-appointment of Mrs. Neela Manjunath as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a second term, effective September 30, 2026.
