Blue Star sells MedTech division to Cyrix Healthcare for up to Rs 40 crore

Blue Star Limited announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Blue Star Engineering & Electronics Limited, executed a Business Transfer Agreement with Cyrix Healthcare Private Limited for the sale and transfer of Blue Star E&E’s MedTech division, which provides medical diagnostic equipment and services, on a slump sale basis. The transaction, valued up to Rs 40 crore, is expected to be completed by March 31, 2027, and does not constitute a related party transaction; the MedTech division generated Rs 42.13 crore in income during the year ended March 31, 2026, representing 0.33% of Blue Star’s consolidated income from operations.
