International Conveyors Ltd. announced that its board of directors approved the re-appointment of Shri Sunit Mehra as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a second term of 5 years, commencing September 25, 2026, to September 24, 2031, subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing AGM.
