IMEC Services Limited names Girdhari Sagarvanshi CEO for five years, effective August 2026

IMEC Services Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Girdhari Sagarvanshi as a Whole-Time Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with effect from August 14, 2026, for a period of five years, subject to approval at the company’s Annual General Meeting. Mr. Sagarvanshi, who holds a Bachelor’s Degree and has over 20 years of experience in management, is also designated as Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the company and is not related to any existing directors.
