Axel Polymers reappoints Gaurav Thanky as Managing Director for five years, pending approval

Axel Polymers Limited announced that its board approved the reappointment of Gaurav Thanky as Managing Director, effective October 1, 2026, subject to shareholder approval, and the reappointment of A.B. Bodhanwala as a Non-Executive Director, also effective October 1, 2026, and subject to shareholder approval. Thanky’s reappointment is for a term of five years, and Mrs. Dhara Thanky, a Non-Executive Director and wife of Gaurav Thanky, is related to him.
