Nova Agri reappoints directors Siripurapu, Cherukuri, and Nemani for multiple years

Nova Agri Limited announced the reappointment of Mrs. Malathi Siripurapu and Mr. Rajesh Cherukuri as whole-time directors for three years, effective March 17, 2027, and April 2, 2027, respectively, and the reappointment of Mr. Ramesh babu Nemani as an independent director for a five-year term, effective March 23, 2027. The company also appointed Mr. Gopi Mallikharjuna Rao Avvaru as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, and confirmed that the aforementioned directors have not been debarred from holding office.
