Suraj Estate Developers Limited reported no deviation in the utilization of funds raised through a preferential issue of Rs 343.39 crore during the quarter ended June 30, 2026, according to a filing with the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited. The company, which received Rs 99.75 crore from the issuance of 13,30,000 convertible warrants, forfeited the warrants on April 8, 2026, and confirmed that all proceeds have been utilized as originally stated.
