Western Carriers (India) Ltd consolidated sales down 6.22% on year in Q2FY2026, net profit inched up 5.21%

Western Carriers (India) Ltd share price slipped 1.35% to Rs 86.96 after the company's net profit saw a mild growth of 5.21% to Rs 8.69 crore, while revenue from operations eased by 6.22% to Rs 464.88 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Logistics Solution Provider industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 1.37 lakh crore, rising 5.18%. It has marginally improved by 1.08% over last one week and gained upto 6.83% in last one month while the market capitalization of Western Carriers (India) Ltd has softened by 2.13% and 12.73% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Western Carriers (India) Ltd stood at Rs 11.87 crore in Q2 FY26, plunging by 19.20% year-on-year, and gaining 5.51% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 15 crore, declining 8.72% YoY and nosediving by 16.51% sequentially. Total expenses marginally dropped 6.14% to Rs 452.83 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 16.37 crore, easing 5.41% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations grew marginally by 2.37% to Rs 1725.72 crore, while net profit dropped 18.94% to Rs 65.13 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA soared by 14197% to Rs 106.72 crore, and PBT contracted 18.97% to Rs 87.84 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 2.69 crore in FY26, as against Rs 0.74 crore in FY25. Western Carriers (India) Ltd plunged by 23.78% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 3.05% during the same period.
