Gujarat Natural Resources Ltd consolidated sales down 48.93% on year in Q2FY2026, net profit saw a strong growth of 980.95%

Gujarat Natural Resources Ltd share price slipped 2.46% to Rs 111.41 after the company's net profit surged by 980.95% to Rs 11.35 crore, while revenue from operations nosedived 48.93% to Rs 5.72 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Oil Exploration & Production industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 4.69 lakh crore, surging by 18.67%. It has marginally improved by 1.05% over last one week and collapsed sharply by 15.44% in last one month while the market capitalization of Gujarat Natural Resources Ltd has sharply increased by 18.61% and 36% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Gujarat Natural Resources Ltd stood at Rs 11.49 crore in Q2 FY26, jumping 495.34% year-on-year, and rallying 223.66% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 10 crore, tanking 418.33% YoY and nosediving by 2041.18% sequentially. Total expenses tumbled by 135.65% to Rs 4.16 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 1.05 crore, tumbling by 23.36% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations slumped by 26.82% to Rs 20.05 crore, while net profit eased 3.09% to Rs 3.76 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA soared by 191% to Rs 1.27 crore, and PBT saw a minor gain of 2.32% to Rs 4.41 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 30.43 crore in FY26, as against Rs 2.03 crore in FY25. Gujarat Natural Resources Ltd jumped 59.32% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 3.05% during the same period.
