Modi Rubber Ltd consolidated sales down 100% on year in Q2FY2026, net profit tumbled by 130.62%

The Company's net profit tanked by 130.62% to Rs 4.25 crore, while revenue from operations plunged by 100% to Rs 0.0 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations soared by 37.32% to Rs 3.79 crore, while net profit jumped 31.75% to Rs 20.46 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA saw a sharp decline of 3665% to Rs 37.11 crore, and PBT fell 15.91% to Rs 21.93 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 28.92 crore in FY26, as against Rs 22.35 crore in FY25. Modi Rubber Ltd inched up 2.79% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 3.05% during the same period.
