Ind Bank Housing Limited’s board extends terms for R. Padma and R Murugesan

Ind Bank Housing Limited announced that its board of directors approved the appointment of Smt. R. Padma as an independent director for a second consecutive term of five years, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming annual general meeting, and Shri. R Murugesan as a Non-Executive Nominee Director under Section 161(3) of the Companies Act 2013, effective August 14, 2026.
