Physicswallah Limited to fully acquire Bharat Innovations Global for no consideration

Physicswallah Limited announced it will acquire the remaining 10% stake in Bharat Innovations Global Private Limited from NSDC International Limited for no consideration, making Bharat Innovations Global Private Limited a wholly owned subsidiary. The acquisition will increase Physicswallah Limited’s shareholding in Bharat Innovations Global Private Limited from 90% to 100%, and is expected to be completed within six months. Bharat Innovations Global Private Limited, incorporated on November 26, 2024, is engaged in providing online and offline coaching and has a turnover of Rs 0.16 crore for the financial year 2025-26.
