Belrise Industries reports IPO fund deviations, allocating Rs 15,960 million to debt repayment

Belrise Industries Limited disclosed deviations in the utilization of funds raised through its Initial Public Offering (IPO) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, according to a regulatory filing. The company, which raised Rs 21,500 million through its IPO from May 20, 2025, to May 23, 2025, reported that Rs 15,960.21 million of the proceeds were used for repayment of debt, slightly less than the originally estimated Rs 16,181.27 million, while general corporate purposes saw a revised allocation of Rs 4,690.46 million.
