Spice Islands Industries Limited adjourned a board meeting scheduled for August 14, 2026, to Wednesday, August 19, 2026, to consider additional information related to the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Separately, the company’s board approved an agreement with Sriven Enterprises for contract manufacturing and supply of packaged drinking water under the “Rogers” brand, with an initial term of five years starting August 3, 2026.
