Bonlon Industries confirms no deviations in Rs 3978.15 crore warrant proceeds usage

Bonlon Industries Limited informed the BSE and NSE that there were no deviations or variations in the utilization of proceeds from its preferential issue of warrants during the fourth quarter ended June 30, 2026, as per regulatory requirements. The company had raised Rs 3978.15 crore from the allotment of 1,20,55,000 convertible warrants on October 9, 2025, and the audit committee reviewed and approved a statement regarding the fund usage at a meeting held on August 14, 2026.
